Instead there is a column on the Right with different Options. The Reader doesn't seem to recognize the Standard E-Mail application, which in my case in Windows Live Mail, by a customer it is Thunderbird. My colleague can send a mail, but even though he has Thunderbird as Standard E-Mai application, Adobe Reader Shows Outlook as the Standard.

I have 4 gmail accounts in outlook and the others ones are still working fine. All settings are the same so I know it's an account problem, it's not my settings in outlook, thunderbird or gmail. It's almost as if the server is not recognizing the request from Thunderbird or Thunderbird is not sending a request.
I have checked and re-check the server settings. Still I can not send email. A telnet bounce tells me that port 25 is open, the port my ISP uses for relay. I have contacted my ISP who say they don't have a problem and I can sort of confirm that because my wife uses TB on her laptop, and her email address is a mail box of mine at the same ISP.

I use Cox Communications as my internet provider. I can access my emails there and recently started downloading to gmail from five aliases at Cox.
